The hiring process at IntelliHire takes an average of 7 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. To compare, the average duration of hiring at similar companies like BlackRock, Inc. is 14 days, Fabricated Software, Inc. is 2 days, and Apple Inc. is 21 days. The Intellihire internship required payment to join, which raises concerns. The interview questions were extremely basic, lacking real challenge or depth. I wouldn't recommend paying for such an opportunity—it feels exploitative, targeting students desperate to fulfill academic credit requirements rather than offering genuine professional development or valuable learning experiences.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IntelliHire (Lafayette, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
It started with an online skills assessment. I was given a series of online questions pertaining to my job related skills. From that point I was invited to their office for an in-person interview. I interviewed with two people and was asked questions mostly about the items on my resume. At that point I was given a problem and asked to develop a solution. I was left alone to code the solution and presented it when finished. they went over the code with me and asked questions about why I had made specific design choices. An offer was made at that point.
