InterContinental Kiev interview questions

Sent application via email to hr department. Got official answer by email and request to provide CV, which I did immediately. In a month received an email "Hello. are you still interested" - no signature, no name in the end of the email either. As for interview process - despite establish corporate stages 1. HR, 2. Department Head, 3. Top management/owners - I had, with no information regarding what to expect provide on my requests before the interview, 1. Department Head - competencies; 2. Department Head: job introduction; 3. HR head, extremely short greeting.
