The worst I've ever had. Headhunter arranged for a phone call with the hiring manager. Come call time there was a conference room full of people, didn't even ask my name and started the grilling. It lasted all of 2 minutes as they didn't like my first answer and said " you're clearly an engineer and that's not what we need- click" and hung up on me.
