I applied through college or university. I interviewed at InterSystems in Mar 2026
Interview
Very very long process with 3 OAs, an HR call, 3 interviews, and reference check. Took nearly 6 months just to get rejected in the end by the executive commitee. What a waste of my time and effort

Interview
Worst experience EVER. Nov 2025 reached out for OAs, then went through hr call, then 3 hour onsite rounds. Then asked reference check. Went through one month and reached out telling me went to leadership review. Waited 1.5 months only to be rejected. Complete waste of time.
I applied online. First step was a 30 minute long recruiter phone call followed by 3 interviews with their 3 different teams. All interviews were a mix of coding, behavioral and system design.
