      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at InterSystems in Jun 2021

      Interview

The interview process has 4 rounds: - Round 1 consists of three online assessments. One of them requires you to learn a very elementary programming language and syntax on the go. Another requires you to complete logic- and reasoning-based multiple choice questions. The last assessment is just a personality assessment. - Round 2 is a phone screening with a company recruiter from HR. The recruiter asks a few behavioral questions and asks about prior experience on your resume. This screening is relatively easy as the recruiter is just trying to get to know you and see if you are a good fit for the program/company. - Round 3 consists of 4-5 video interviews with members from different teams in the company. Since it is a rotation program, you are going to be having multiple interviews with different teams, some more technical and some more behavioral depending on the team. - Round 4 is a video interview with one of the higher ranking employees of the company. I interviewed with one of the company VPs. This interview is mostly behavioral and questions often pertain to prior experience and activities on your resume.
