Interview
While I appreciate the opportunity to interview for the role, I believe the interview process could be streamlined for greater efficiency. The extended timeline for the second round of interviews was somewhat unexpected and unnecessary. Additionally, I felt the final interview lacked a certain degree of objectivity, which may have impacted the overall assessment.

it will start with a test that you need to pass in order to advance upon interview stages. there was three stages one with the HR a phone interview and then face to face with finance department and another phone interview with the finance manager which was the final one until the decision was made
