A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and presented me the opportunity. Before starting the interview process, had to take 3 online tests - PI, PET, and TET. For the PET (45 minutes) and TET (35 minutes) I ran out of time on both of them. The PET was SAT / GRE like questions, the TET was a lot of boolean logic.The Founder/CEO created the TET 30 years ago and still uses it to this day - it is a test he made up (an extension of his own ego perhaps?)
