InterVision Systems Database Developer interview questions

Cleared all rounds of interview, then HR stopped responding, after multiple follow ups they saying just waiting for final clearance from CTO and it kept going on for 1 month. Then they started saying they need additional skillset which is not at all related to database development or not even close to database. Worst experience at all.
