Interactive Digital Solutions Entry Level Programmer interview questions

i met with the cio and project manager to have a joint interview that lasted about 45 minutes. they asked some programming questions and some general interview questions about personality and hobbies. they did not ask for any demonstration of skill, just the questions and asked a lot about my background and experience in programming.
