Interblock interview questions

The interviewers were nice but were asking a lot of personal and unrelated questions. They questions were quite technical but it was okay even though I didn't know the answers to all of them.

All over the phone. Two separate interviews with same recruiter. Short easy, simple written test. No tough questions. Appeared to be desperate for employees, They seem to have a high turnover and do not appear to be too experienced in running a field service team.
