Did a phone screen, virtual interview with the president, then asked to come in person to interview with president and director. That’s three rounds. They made it seem like they will move forward in hiring me by saying “we will bring you in to meet more people on the team in a week or two”. Then never heard again, not even a sorry we are not going to hire you. Email follow up was also ignored. If you are going to string someone along for three rounds of interviews and drive out to your office in the boonies, at least send a message that you’re not moving forward with their application. Says a lot about the company and their values.
