The interview was too short. I could not get a chance to showcase my skills. I guess I'm just a number he needs to say I interviewed these many guys before hiring this one. I wasted lots of hours reading about the company, the product, and the market.

After I solved the riddle and submit a tiny website, I had a good tech interview with two developers, then interview with the CEO and then I got a contract. The whole process took about two weeks - super fast for a Danish company.

In the tech interview they look to see how you handle something you've never tried before. It wasn't easy but it was fun. I think that's a good way to find fast learners.

Submit the solution to a programming task. This was pretty straight forward. First interview is a technical interview about the previously submitted solution. Second interview is with HR. Last is a lunch with the team.
