International Promotional Ideas interview questions

The owner of the company will be the interviewer. The interview will be held in a back office and it is a one on one interview. Do come prepared to do all the asking as the interviewer will be lazy and ask none himself. Not only was the interviewer late, he seemed very uninterested in wanting to know the interviewee and he rarely asked any questions. He was also very defensive and evasive when asked the most basic questions such as what is the company work environment. An initial interview is very important because it is about the employer deciding if you're a right fit for the company in addition seeing this is a role/company that is a good fit for you (the candidate). If the interviewer is defensive and doesn't care to elaborate about his company and expectations then that sends up several red flags. I am looking for a career not a job to fill for someone's convenience because they are short staffed. If this is a place you are planning on applying to I would suggest passing. First impressions are very important and how the owner of the company conducted himself was very inappropriate. Also, keep in mind everyone at the office is at least 40+ years so if you're under that age bracket you'll most likely get passed.
