      Application

I interviewed at Intuit (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2025

      Interview

Some consultant has told Intuit that they need to do a really absurd interview 'case study' that involves a 3-4 hour interview. This interview involves giving you a case study about 2 days prior to the interview. Then you have a one hour long presentation, followed by 3-4 individual 45-60 minute interviews. The whole process is incredibly exhaustive and is after 2 previous interview rounds. To get this far into a process, then to have to go through such an intense and exhaustive 4 hour interview only to come in runner up is almost an obnoxious process. To do this to candidates in this job market is truly an unfair and cruel process unless you are almost assured of getting the role. No one should be subjected to this level of effort only to be told 'thanks but no'. It is not super difficult, but you can only do what you can with the information given. I was told after the interview that I had done well but they needed 'more detail' in my presentation. WTF?!?!?! Isn't that what the interviewers should be asking for in the Q&A? (which they told me I did excellent in my answers).

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Reno, NV) in Nov 2016

      Interview

Extensive group/panel interview that is broken into 3 phases. A business case was presented and you will be expected to put together a plan or project on how to accomplish the task and present it to the hiring team. From there you will break out into smaller interviews. Total time is roughly 4 hours.
