      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

The process took 4+ weeks, had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by the hiring manager. Onsite interview (~5 hours) followed that included craft presentation, followed by other team members. Apparently, all came out positive, because in Intuit, "a maybe" is considered "No". Had been called one more on site for a hour interview by the senior leader as she was not part of the first panel. Recruiter called me after with an offer, negotiated and settled on a number. One of the few times I have seen the recruiter highly engaged giving me an alternate contact info when she went on vacation, etc.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2020

      Interview

The day started with a 60 minute presentation and Craft demonstration with the interview panel. I then had follow up 1:1 interviews. I found all interview questions standard and reasonable questions focused more on assessing me as a person, than my ability to perform the skills.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Standard questions, such as describing a project that demonstrates relevant skills to the one I am applying for.
