      Head of Customer Support Interview

      Dec 6, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (London, England) in Nov 2018

      Interview

A phone call with HR then a d F2F with Hiring manager (head of customer success UK). The F2F interview process was appalling. from first arriving at the offices, I was completely underwhelmed. The actual interview was probably the most unprofessional interview i have had. For what is a relatively senior role, i felt like i was being interviewed for my very first job. No interaction, when i asked questions the answers were short and blunt and then silence. I felt the interviewer couldn't wait to rush me back out of the door. Interviews need to be a 2 way process the company examining me and vice versa. The interviewee gives up a significant amount of time and effort to attend the interview so the least i would expect is some courtesy. So disappointed that i wrote an email on the way home from the interview to say i was no longer interested in pursuing the role any further regardless of the outcome of the actual interview. Not the sort of company or manager i would want to work for.
