This is the worse interview process. First you speak with the company recruiter. If that goes well then you speak to the Manager and or Director of the department. If they decide to move onto the next phase of the interview process it’s a 3 hour panel interview with four other employees. Right when the interview starts you are given a test. It’s nerve-racking enough but to have them throw something at you that you don’t even have time to read their is ridiculous. Then a day or two later you are contacted by the recruiter to let you know if they’re going to hire you or not. She provides you with feedback from your interview process. I find their feedback to be ridiculous. You talk about breaking down someone’s self-esteem this place does a good job of it. You should be proud of yourself for breaking a perspective employees confidence!
