Ions Technologies interview questions

I interviewed for a Senior Project Executive position, and while the interview itself went fine, the entire experience afterward was incredibly unprofessional. I received no updates on the interview outcome despite the fact that I had discussed salary expectations beforehand. The worst part was the complete lack of communication following the interview. After an initial response, I was completely ghosted, which left me feeling disrespected and ignored. It’s extremely frustrating to invest time and effort into an interview only to be left in the dark without any closure. This company really needs to step up its professionalism and communication. The lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort is disappointing and shows a serious lack of consideration for people.
