I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ipsos in Jan 2022
Interview
The whole process was pretty straightforward and they were very open to questions. My first interviewer was very friendly, and wanted to make a connection with me! She was genuinely interested in getting to know me. The only thing that threw me off was completing the online video interview... those always make me nervous. I'm now moving into the final interview process!

Question 1
What would be your superpower! I loved this -- they want to know about your personality, not just your technical skills.
Months after applying, I was contacted by a recruiter via email about taking an assessment test. After taking the assessment test, the recruiter reached back out and said the program was placed on hold because the analyst positions were currently still occupied and someone would reach back out later. I never heard anything afterwards.

Question 1
An assessment test centered around business analytics questions.
The process was long, drawn out. Typical behavioral questions as well as an assessment (general math, reasoning, stats, etc.). Nothing unexpected other than the 3+ weeks between rounds & any type of communication
I went through three rounds. First was an assessment, then a one-way video interview, and finally a phone call interview. Each round went well and the person I talked to was really nice and helpful. The only reason why I put down the interview as negative is because it took a long time to receive any feedback each time I finished a round even though I tried contacting. After leaving me hanging for months, they told me they have already chosen people.
