Isaac Medical interview questions

This is a review for the process of getting in touch with a recruiter at this company. Unfortunately at the time I tried to reach them earlier this year, they didn't answer phone calls directly. I emailed them instead but the communication was frustrating due to delays due to emails that I didn't get that they said they sent (I checked spam) and delayed phone calls as well. A office manager I know said that she also had trouble getting hold of the staffing office and getting calls back, so she avoided using them to provide staff due to the problems with communication. I was really disappointed, I think a medical staffing agency should return calls timely, especially since techs are hard to come by and I was ready to work.
