They asked me about my previous experience. Then, they asked me about three different scenarios and how I would manage them. The first one is about organization, the second one is about confidentiality, and the last one is about how to prioritize patients. Finally, they were happy to respond to any question I had.

Imagine you receive the handover and start the shift, one of your patients asks you to take them to the bathroom so they need to go badly but another dependent patient is asking you to get the commode at the same time. What would you do?

At first i was a little nervous but after getting to talk to Isabella more I felt more comfortable talking and getting out my comfort zone. The questions weren’t difficult but they weren’t easy either. If applying you should answer questions honestly and with passion.
