Itmas interview questions

There were about four people in the in person interview in the conference room. The older man was hands off and unsure of what to do while the raspy smokers-voice woman just seemed to want to throw anyone into the position hence no questions from her. I wouldn't call it a difficult interview but it was a strange one. Pros: -Good products, in fact the products are so good that they still do well in spite of all the apathy, incompetence and subsequent high turnover rate. Cons: -Lack of organization, communication and work review -The short-tempered, toxic, aggressive director who constantly talked atrociously about employees and clients -Shady practices
