I was contacted by the recruiter to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Prior to that interview I asked the recruiter for the salary range for this role and was told that they cannot provide that at this phase of the interview process. Ok? Interview went well, in my opinion, but wasn’t selected to move on to the next round. Since I did not have contact information for the hiring manager I asked the recruiter if she was able to share any feedback from the interview so that I can work to be a better candidate in the my job search. I was told that it was company policy to not share interview feedback. That was sort of a red flag for a company that isn’t willing to provide constructive feedback to candidates - just shows how little they must support employee development.
