Interview
Typical 3 round interview. First phone was with the recruiter. Second was a group interview with my soon to be supervisor. Third was an on location group interview with the IT department head, supervisors, and recently hired interns. They asked the standard behavioral and technical questions but the one I added threw me for a loop.
