Started with an initial standard phone interview with competency based questions etc. Followed through to a "test sales call", and finally flown out to HQ for final interview. Very detailed hiring process, and very quick with call backs. Didn't get final offer, but decent company and offer high growth potential. Long hours and minimal time off is expected. Be prepared to live in Arkansas for 18 months before being transferred. They look for people willing to be mobile.
