Over the phone first to qualify you. After about a week to get you verified you are sent to a location closest to you for orientation. Orientation usually last about 4-5 days with the 1st day being drug screen and physical. This is where you will loose about 30 to 40% of the class. Day 2 is usually road test where you will loose another 10%. Meanwhile they will still be working on your file to get you cleared back at corporate. By the end of the week there is about 30-40% that will make it. Within 90 days of working it goes down to about 5-10%. that the nature of the beast.

It was pretty smooth and comfortable , they told me about the company and I met some of the drivers. I've seen their trucks on the road alot. They seem to have plenty of work.
Seamless and straightforward interview process. The interview took place over the phone with a recruiter and then hiring manager. They ask a series of questions such as work history etc.
