Great, down to earth people. Just be to the point and honest. I was interviewed by several people over the course of three weeks. Ended up doing a panel interview as well.

I interviewed through a campus recruiting event. Fairly easy. Asked basic behavioral questions. Employees were very friendly however HR was not helpful in terms of feedback. Post interview communication was not great.

Applied online and then I was emailed by an HR recruiter wanting to set up a phone interview. That was on a Monday and my phone interview was the next morning. After the phone interview, I was told I was going on to the next step which was a face to face interview with the Regional Operations Manager and I would receive an email for when. I received an email about my next interview, which was the following Mondy at 10 am. I had that interview and I'm still waiting for a call for the final result. Overall the process was pretty quick except for this part, the waiting.
