I applied online. I interviewed at J.W.Anderson (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
Applied on the job site, heard back after a week with an interview with the head of marketing. Talked about my job experience and portfolio, then they invited me to see them in the office for an actual task next week. Nothing happened the following week, and I sent an email saying they are busy and not moving on with my profile. I hope most of the companies know the majority of young creatives are working in the hospitality industry and need to hand in their availability every week. An explanation email would be perfect if things happen like this, or the worst case, don't give your candidate fake hopes. Besides, they never actually asked any questions in the first round, so it was more like a chat without giving any opportunities to test the candidate's skills.

Interview
The interview was very friendly and lovely vibe, it was chill, and everyone was welcoming. Just general questions and how do you work with the team. Highly recommended and just be prepared.
