J&J Management Service interview questions

I received an email from the Human Resource Manager asking if I would be able to do a phone interview. She sent an email follow up for one time. Then came back with another time. The phone interview was the normal questions. However she did trip me up and I cosigned something she mentioned. However I would have gotten a follow up email sating either you are not what we are looking for or we have more qualified candidates.
