Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at JCE Structural Engineering Group (Pasadena, CA) in April 2015.

Interview

Started with a quiz with couples of questions in 10 minutes. Then the interviewer would check the answer with you to knew how you solve the questions. Questions include steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. The interviewer didn't ask much about professional concepts, mainly focused on the code names and editions! It seems to me that this company wanted a person with good memory, not professional experiences.
