I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JCPenney
Interview
The application process began by entering my credentials on a kiosk located in the store. After which I received a phone call within the week. I was originally hired on as seasonal work. They'll either do a phone interview with you or ask you to come in which is what I did. Once hired you go through about 3-5 days of training in the store. You do learning sessions with an instructor as well as on the computer to familiarize yourself with the POS system.
