Three stage process; the first interview is with the hiring manager and a HR representative, the second interview is with a member of senior management and the third is with the team you'd be entering into. The first stage was more conversational and mostly surrounded previous experience and discussed how you could fit the role, what the role requires, what it's like working for the company, etc. The second stage was more technical and competence-based. The third would be to see how well you'd fit with the existing team.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake that had wide-reaching consequences and how did you rectify that (or similar wording).
Interview session with hiring manager. Expect technical and behavioral questions. Hiring manager looking out for key terms in your explanation. Try to be concise and explain using credit terminologies instead of layman explanation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JERA Global Markets (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview was well organised, mostly technical questions asked and next to none of the typical behavioural questions. Overall smooth process, am waiting on an outcome, will update on here once I have one.
