JMI Group interview questions

First there was a written test in their head office in Dhaka. Consisting of Engineering & the job position questions. After 2 weeks There was a Viva in their factory premises. When we went for viva there was 6 of us. We knew each other from the written test. But One us wasn’t present in the written exam. So we doubted his viability. Then a HR manager took him in other room & made him take the written exam. We were called one by one for Viva. There was factory head & a HR Manager present in the Viva. They questioned about job related questions. They were very polite. After 2 weeks we got the result none of us 5 got selected. The person who attended Viva without written exam got the job. He was hired unfairly. Nowadays this happens.But this is very unexpected from a big company like JMI Group.
