Two online interviews in which both staff members made it seem like I was a top candidate, only for both to ghost me following the final interview. No feedback, no result, and they ignored my emails in which I politely asked for a follow-up. Stop wasting candidates' time and have some respect for them, it's disgraceful.

After advancing to the second round of interviews and completing an edit test (8h of work) I was not given any feedback or any reply. Rude, extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

Really poor and unorganised. The interviewers didn't appear to have prepped much and weren't really paying attention - they weren't engaging. Felt like it wasn't a priority - would have preferred for them to have just postponed the interview if they were busy.
