Interview
Hirevue, first round phone interview, second round phone interview, superday. Pretty standard process. Heard some people did not get 2 phone rounds and went to superday after just one. Mix of Behavioral, Technical and Markets-Related.
Sales and trading hirevue interview. Asks 3 questions with no prep time and only one take. Questions about markets like talk about a recent transaction and why JPMorgan. Not hard questions but just have answers prepared because you only get one shot
Hirevue, 6 questions. General behavioural ones such as 'why this role' or 'why this company' and a few questions about market knowledge, 'what recent news event has interested you'. Overall was a typical hirevue, I was not used to talking into a camera and didn't have polished answers.
