Interview
I was already working at a job I didn`t like much when I decided to apply to this place. I applied via their website, the salary wasn`t disclosed but it seemed interesting so I sent my CV. The secretary called me back for the pre-interview... a type of screening which I appreciate because this way both ends save time. The boss called me back after 2 days to ask when I would be available for an interview. The day of... The manager made me feel really at ease, asked me about me, my background. He asked me to answer their online survey to see what were my strenghts and weaknesses and allow them to place me where I belonged most within the available openings. I thought it was nice of them so I did. They thought I was a perfect fit for Customer service and assistance so that ended up beeing my title. They provide everything needed for work, paper, pens, paper clips.... it was nice not to have to buy it all myself. They gave me the salary I asked for without dealing it down, which was really appreciated as well.

They asked me to tell them about the worst customer I ever had, why and how I dealt with the situation... I don`t like to talk about those things... it`s the type of situation where you had to be there to understand kind of thing....
