Interview
Pretty straight forward interview with the Regional Sales Manager, more of a chat to find out about your experience, what you can contribute towards the role etc, if you pass this interview you’ll be asked to meet the founders, they’ll dig in deeper into your experience and ideally they’re looking for someone who wants to stay there long term so they’ll ask why them, why you want the job. The interview process is very basic and straightforward I don’t think it was difficult, just do your research on the company and relate your experience to the role.
