Jacob's Pillow Dance interview questions

Process was lengthy and after 6 weeks I was told the role needed other skills that were not there when I applied. I kept hearing that the process was taking longer and longer but was not given any updates. I was having to ask for more updates.

I had two interviews. The first one was a phone interview with the Patron Services Manager. It was about 45 minutes long and included very typical questions about my experience, strengths and weakness, and was asked to give examples of particular challenges. My second interview was with the Director of Marketing. This one was about 15 minutes long and more of a conversation.
