I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jacobs (Bengaluru) in Jan 2016
Interview
It had 3 parts
1. Written test
2. Group discussion
3. Personal Interview
The written test had basic questions on math and logic, this was followed by the GD. We were given topics to speak and discuss upon which we did. The PI was very technical but the interviewer created a very friendly and comfortable environment which made it easy for me.
