Applied online. HR contacted by email to schedule the interview. First interview was about an hour long with two senior people. Good conversational interview, focusing on core Jacobs value, team management, work experience etc. Followed by another 30 min interview about 10 days later. Received verbal offer after 3 weeks and written offer letter a few days later. Overall smooth and professional process.

One phone call, overall a quiz on my CV, with two managers. It was extremely good and all online. Usual questions about what I hoped to achieve in my career my strengths and weaknesses and how I can use my time at Jacobs to overcome those.
