Jada Toys interview questions

I had an initial meeting with a marketing executive which went well. She had me send her a bunch of info and then asked me to do a time consuming project. After that, she set a second interview with her superior for last week. She cancelled the interview last minute, then reset it for today. Then, 15 minutes before the 2nd interview she sends an email that says this - "As of this morning this role has been restructured. If the new job responsibilities match your skillset we will be back in touch." Extremely rude, inconsiderate, vague and confusing! They are extremely unprofessional.

Interviewed and hired within two to three days. Interviewed with the owner and vice president separately. Pleasant demeanor. Owner made it very clear this was a business transaction by discussing the benefit to me and conveniently overlooking any benefit I would bring to the company. If you're looking for a company where you can grow over the years, keep looking.
