Very basic questions, I wish they would get actual engineers to interview you, not surface-level intelligence recruiters, they are also impunctual and incompetent , we had to reschedule the interview FOUR times over a span of FIVE weeks because the recruiters always ghosted at the pre-established interview times, and I had to ask them after every absence why I didnt get a call, after an unsincere apology, they repeated it three more times
Stop using AI or automated checks to view resumes. Missng out on good candidates and opportunities. Hope this is considered. Or if positionis are filled just remove the positiob from the internet why do we have to be rejected immediately after applying

Interview
Positive and seemed promising but then ghosted for a couple weeks with no offer in the end. Just felt a bit disheartening since it seems like the interview process was going pretty well and that each person who participated had a liking to the interviewee.
