Meet lots of people over different rounds. Friendly people and a good forum to get to know each other. Hard to tell whether each round is linked enough and is progressive, so round 3 may become pointless for example even if round 1 and 2 have gone well.

Straightforward interview. No weird questions. Very positive. Positive experience overall and very accommodating around scheduling. Would recommend to anyone and hope that they continue to show good practice. Nothing negative to say and felt very welcomed straight off the bat.
