I found the interview process enjoyable. It was a multi-stage process made up of telephone, face to face and assessment / presentation. This comprised of both personal and personality type questions as well as technical questions relating to my role. I learnt a lot about Jane Smith Financial Planning and they learned a lot about me. I felt very comfortable during the process.
