Interview
First round phone screen. A couple fit questions and then three math puzzles, of increasing difficulty. Third math puzzle was very hard and I could not solve it, unfortuantely. Did not receive a callback.

Question 1
Fit questions: Why do you want to be a trader? Why should/shouldn't we hire you?
Math:
1. Flip a fair coin 8 times. What's the probability that the number of heads is a multiple of 3?
2. You mentioned on your resume that your favorite author is David Foster Wallace. Estimate the number of copies of Infinite Jest that have been read cover to cover.
3. You have a 2x1x1 brick. Define the distance between two points on the brick to be the infimum of the lengths of all paths between them on the brick. What is the maximum possible distance between two points on the brick?
Initial application and online assessment. Had a first round behavioral interview where they asked me about myself, my experiences, and a couple of brain teasers. The interviewer was very nice.
Phone interviews (at least 3) - questions were of mixed difficulty (some pretty hard) but the interviewers were friendly and they gave helpful hints. Kind of fun - review probability and game-type questions.

I first applied in google form answer basic questions about me and with that I had to upload my resume and transcript. I don't remember after how long I got an interview time to choose and did my first round of interview.
