I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jazz Pharmaceuticals (Palo Alto, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a comfortable interview process, there were no surprise questions, all-in-all it was an average interview experience. It was a half-day of interviews, one hour for each interviewer. The interviewers were my future manager, my manager's manager, and a couple of other members of the department.

4) On-site: Interview with multiple functional partners and hiring manager (3 weeks after team member call)
After the on-site the recruiter reached out a week later to notify me of the decision. The process took over 2-months. Communication was a bit lacking, as there was none after each step until the recruiter contacted me to schedule the next interview.
