Interview
The first contact was via HR for a phone screen, then first interview with key members of the team. The second interview was with the hiring manager and the third interview was with the department lead.
All conversations were positive and having received an invite to do the third interview, I was really excited and hopeful about the position.
After the third interview, I didn't hear anything for a few days and followed up with HR...no response... a few days after that, I also followed up with the hiring manager...no response.
They ghosted me after I completed my third interview. I wish if they were going in a different direction, they would have just informed me out of respect.

Hiring process was long but it was worth the time. HR called me, sent my resume to hiring manager, within 2 weeks talked to hiring manager and later after 2 weeks, had face to face interview with hiring manager and Skype interview with another professional
