Recruiter reached out to set up time for initial screening. I responded, promptly, about availability and was ghosted until I followed up about a week later. Recruiter apologizes for "overlooking" email and we chat a few days after, discussed the position and potential next steps. A week goes by and I decide to follow up and I was ghosted again. I know how these things go but damn.
