Jen Lewin Studio interview questions

Two rounds of over the phone interviews, which went fairly well. A little frustrating that without giving any opportunity to meet in person, they let me know they were instead going ahead with an "internal hire". AKA they just wanted to see how their existing staff compared to the market before promoting them. A waste of time!
