I did a fifteen minute phone interview and was invited to an in-person interview. I got there and the office seemed really nice and so did the people. I did a 20-ish minute interview with one person that kind of seemed like an airhead to be quite honest, than another 20-ish minute interview with two people, one of which was the person I did the phone interview with. I was asked literally the same exact questions I was asked on the phone. The two interviewers were dressed completely sloppy, unprofessional. I then left and sent a follow up email with no response from the HR manager, who was the phone interviewer and in person interviewer. Now not to sound petty, but I drove about an hour and half for this interview and got stuck in traffic from an accident which added an extra hour to my drive, do you think she could have sent me an email back? Nope, got some generic email saying I was not a good fit. I mean I guess maybe I am just too professional to work there considering I was not wearing jeans and a sloppy shirt like everyone else. I was also supposed to be emailed an assessment before the interview, that I was never sent. All in all, a waste of my time.
